Cohort 2026 · Applications Open

Your child has agenuineintellectual identity.

We find it. We build it. We prove it.

A 4–5 year student development platform for Grade 8–12 students targeting the world's top universities. We are not an admissions agency. We build the real thing.

Every Credential Must Pass

Three tests. Applied without exception.

01Test

External Validation

A third party — a journal, a competition, an internship host — confirmed it. Edverra does not issue its own certificates.

02Test

Defensibility

The student can explain the work for twenty minutes without notes — including what did not work and the alternatives they rejected.

03Test

Proportionality

The claim matches the actual engagement. A workshop is not a course. A class project is not original research.

The Three Conditions We Were Built To Address

Why the old approach to admissions no longer works.

01

The Profile Inflation Crisis

Every top student in Kolkata has a full CV and top grades. Admissions offices at your target institutions receive thousands of identical profiles. Being excellent at school is no longer sufficient. What they are looking for is the one student who found something they genuinely care about and went deeper in it than anyone their age.

02

The Destination Uncertainty

US F-1 visa issuances to Indian students dropped 44.5% in 2025. Seventeen foreign universities now have approved Indian branch campuses. Families who invested only in US pathways are scrambling. Edverra's destination-agnostic model means your child is competitive for US, UK, EU, Singapore, and India's branch campuses simultaneously — regardless of what geopolitical shifts occur.

03

The Compound Advantage

A student who begins at Grade 8 has 4–5 years of compounding development before applications. A student who begins at Grade 11 has 18 months. The research project, competition results, internship, and published writing that a Grade 8 student builds over four years cannot be manufactured in the final year. The window matters.

What Edverra Builds

Four phases. Four to five years. One coherent intellectual identity.

Each phase has named objectives, named milestones, and named outputs. A student who completes all four arrives at the application year with credentials that university admissions officers can verify externally.

1
Grade 8–9

Foundation & Spike Discovery

Identify the student's genuine intellectual spike. Establish foundational reading and curiosity habits.

Key milestone

Confirmed spike domain by Month 4; five books read in domain by Month 8.

2
Grade 9–10

First Substantive Output

Build the first major external output in the student's spike domain — typically an investigative project, a competition track record, or a long-form piece of writing.

Key milestone

First external output submitted by Month 10 of the phase.

3
Grade 10–11

Leadership, Visibility & Real-World Stakes

Build external visibility — leadership with a measurable outcome, an internship, and a published piece of writing.

Key milestone

Documented leadership outcome + completion letter from an external internship.

4
Grade 11–12

Narrative & Application Output

Connect every credential into a coherent intellectual narrative. Produce and submit the strongest possible application package.

Key milestone

Submitted Common App / UCAS / equivalent applications by the relevant deadlines.

The Master Scorecard

Every Edverra student arrives at Grade 12 with these — and can defend every one in a university interview.

01

Original Research Project

An original investigation, supervised by an experienced researcher in the student's domain, and submitted to a peer-reviewed external journal or an equivalent outlet.

Verified by external submission record and supervisor letter.

02

Competition Results

Minimum two results at state level or above in domain-relevant competitions — NSEB, PRMO/RMO, IRIS Science Fair, John Locke Essay, Concord Review, and similar.

Verified by official competition results and certificates.

03

Leadership Credential

One leadership role with a documented, measurable outcome — not a title, a result.

Verified by third-party outcome documentation.

04

Published Writing

One piece published outside the school ecosystem — an op-ed, policy brief, science communication article, or academic essay.

Verified by external publication record.

05

Skill Certifications

Minimum three domain-relevant, externally verifiable certifications — Harvard CS50, Coursera specialisations, IUCN conservation, Google UX Design, and similar.

Verified by issuing institutions.

06

Logged Mentorship Hours

Minimum eight hours per month, every month, tracked and documented across the entire programme.

Verified by Edverra session logs available to parents.

07

Structured Internship

One formal internship or structured external experience completed by Grade 11, with a signed completion letter.

Verified by host organisation completion letter.

These are not items on a checklist. They are evidence of who your child has become. Every one of them must survive a twenty-minute university interview without notes.

The Founder

Prashant Maheshwari

Prashant Maheshwari founded Edverra with a conviction formed over years of observing the same pattern: students who had done everything right — top marks, full CV, expensive counsellors — arriving at university without a clear sense of what they wanted to study or why they were there. Edverra exists to solve the problem upstream of admissions, not downstream.

Prashant works directly with every enrolled family. The mentor-pairing decision, the quarterly review, and any case that triggers a red status flag — all go through him personally. The eight-student-per-mentor cap is not a marketing line. It is the limit at which serious work remains possible.

Programme Tiers

Four entry points. One philosophy.

Edverra is built around the Pinnacle programme. The other three tiers exist for families who arrive later or who are working towards a specific destination.

The Complete Programme
Grade 8–9 entry

Pinnacle

4–5 years

The complete programme — spike to application.

All four phases. The student arrives at the application year with a research credential, competition results, leadership outcome, published writing, structured internship, and a defensible narrative.

Ascent

3 years

Research, competitions, and application — compressed timeline.

Phase 2 onwards, accelerated. Research credential remains the centrepiece. Suitable for students whose spike domain is already clear and who can commit to the pace.

Application Intensive

1 year

Narrative construction, essays, and submission support.
