The Edverra application process.
We are accepting applications for our June 2026 cohort. Year 1 capacity is 20 students across all programme tiers. Each mentor caps at 8 students.
Honest fit criteria.
Edverra is a serious, four-to-five-year commitment. It works for the families it is built for, and it does not work for everyone. The criteria below are how we think about fit.
- ✓A student in Grade 8–9 who is genuinely curious about something — even if they cannot yet articulate it precisely.
- ✓A student who wants to produce real work, not perform work.
- ✓A family willing to give the programme the four to five years it requires.
- ✓A student targeting genuinely competitive universities globally — not as an aspiration, but with the discipline to do the work that matches the ambition.
- ⚠You are primarily looking for guaranteed outcome claims or a 98% admission rate. We do not make those claims, and we will not start by making them.
- ⚠The student's interest domain has been chosen entirely by the parents. The programme works only when the spike is genuine.
- ⚠You are expecting grade improvement or board-exam coaching. Edverra is not a tuition centre and does not work on syllabus delivery.
- ⚠You need a programme that runs only for six months and produces application-ready outputs in that window. The Application Intensive programme exists for shorter timelines, but is honest about what is feasible.
From enquiry to programme start.
You submit the Discovery Call form, or write to info@edverra.in directly.
45–60 minutes with Prashant or a senior mentor. Parent and student attend. No commitment required.
If both parties wish to proceed, a one-week intake. Reading sample, conversation transcript, parent interview.
Three structured sessions over three weeks. Output is a provisional spike domain and Phase 1 plan.
A mentor is assigned. A mentor-pairing meeting confirms fit before the contract is signed.
Phase 1 begins. Monthly reporting begins. The four-year arc begins.
What happens in 45–60 minutes.
- ◆45–60 minutes, in person at our Kolkata office or by video.
- ◆Parent and student both attend. The student's voice matters at this stage.
- ◆Edverra explains the programme in full — phases, fees, expectations, what the family signs up for.
- ◆No hard sell. No commitment required at the end of the call.
- ◆By the end, both parties know whether this is a fit.
- ◆If we believe Edverra is not the right fit, we will say so — and recommend an alternative path where we can.
Year 1: 20 students. Each mentor: 8 students. No exceptions.
Edverra caps each mentor at 8 students. The Year 1 cohort across all programme tiers is 20 students. The cap is a structural quality commitment — when we are full, we close enrolment for the cohort and re-open when the next year's capacity opens.
