Edverra is operated by Edverra Education Private Limited, a company incorporated in India and headquartered in Kolkata. References to "we", "our", and "us" on this site mean Edverra Education Private Limited.

Use of the site

You may use this site to learn about Edverra's programmes, read editorial content, and submit a Discovery Call request. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, submit malicious content, or impersonate another person.

Content ownership

All text, design, imagery, and other content on this site is owned by Edverra or used with permission. You may share links to the site and quote brief excerpts with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial portions of the site without our written permission.

Editorial content

Articles published in the Edverra editorial section represent our considered views at the time of publication. No guarantees of outcome

Edverra does not guarantee admission to any specific university, visa approval to any specific country, or any specific score on any examination. The Edverra programme is structured to produce real credentials; the outcomes that follow depend on factors outside any consultancy's control.

Discovery Call submissions

Submitting a Discovery Call request creates no contractual relationship between you and Edverra. We will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a call. Either party may decline to proceed after the call with no obligation.

Third-party links

We link to external journals, competitions, institutions, and other reference points from time to time. We are not responsible for the content or availability of external sites.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edverra is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. The terms of the separate enrolment agreement, if you become a client, govern liability in that relationship.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
