Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 May 2026

Edverra Education Private Limited ("Edverra", "we", "our") is committed to protecting the personal information of the families who engage with us. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").

What we collect

When you submit a Discovery Call request, we collect the information you provide: student name, current grade, school name, board of education, parent name, mobile number, email address, target universities or countries, source of referral, preferred call time, and any questions or context you choose to share. We also automatically collect minimal technical information when you visit the site — IP address, browser type, pages visited — for the limited purposes of security, rate-limiting, and aggregate analytics.

How we use it

We use the information you submit solely to contact you, schedule your Discovery Call, and prepare for our conversation. If you enrol with Edverra, the information becomes part of your client record and is used to deliver the programme. If you do not enrol, we retain the submission for a maximum of 24 months in case you wish to return, after which it is deleted.

Lawful basis

Under the DPDP Act, our lawful basis for processing your information is your consent, which you provide by submitting the contact form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@edverra.in.

How we share

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share your information only with the third-party email delivery provider (Resend) that processes our transactional messages, and only the fields necessary to deliver the email. We do not use your information for marketing by any third party.

How we protect it

Submissions are transmitted over TLS. Backend storage is access-controlled. Only the Edverra team members directly involved in your enquiry can read your submission. We review our access controls quarterly.

Your rights under the DPDP Act

  • You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • You may request deletion of your information, subject to any legal retention obligations.
  • You may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.
  • You may nominate a representative to exercise these rights on your behalf.
  • You may file a grievance with us; if unresolved, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Children's data

Because the student named in a Discovery Call request may be a minor, we ask that the form be submitted only by a parent or legal guardian. We treat student data with the same protections as parent data, and we do not market directly to students.

Cookies

We use minimal essential cookies. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not use cross-site tracking pixels.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where possible, contact families who have submitted requests in the previous twelve months.

Questions about this policy, or requests to exercise the rights above, should be sent to info@edverra.in.
